2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with Lacramioara Monalisa Orendt. By clicking the "Order Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. Confirmation of the order is sent immediately by email.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are final and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately. We accept various payment methods, including PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other options as displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery Conditions

We deliver to Germany, Romania, and other European countries. Delivery times are provided with each product description. If not stated, delivery usually takes between 5 and 15 business days depending on the destination.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of SereneSynergy Shop until full payment is made.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective, you have the right to request a remedy (replacement or repair) under German Civil Code (BGB).

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
