Refund and Return Policy

1. General Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may be eligible to return the product or request a refund under the conditions stated below.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.

• The item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Digital/downloadable products (e.g., eBooks, PDF forms) after download.

• Personalized or custom-made goods.

• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Please email us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, the standard return policy applies.
